Jackie Selebi believes his prosecutors are stamping all over his rights to a fair trial - and has launched a complaint against them that, should he be convicted, could be used to appeal that verdict.
The former national police commissioner yesterday claimed that he was not being afforded a fair trial "in view of the fact that the prosecution is not done impartially and/or objectively".
