Mandoza's culpable homicide charge

South African Kwaito star Mandoza will appear in the Roodepoort magistrates court in July, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said on Wednesday.
Spokesperson Tlali Tlali said Mandoza - whose real name is Mduduzi Tshabalala - has been charged with two counts of culpable homicide and will be expected to appear on July 10.
Mandoza was involved in a car accident in which two people were killed in Johannesburg in March this year.
Superintendent Edna Mamonyane said Mandoza's Chrysler Crossfire hit a VW Jetta along the N1 near the 14th avenue offramp at 1.23am.
"He hit it from the back, the Jetta lost control and overturned trapping the two occupants inside and they died on the scene," she said.
